Rose water, I excel in using this product as much as I please. At first, I was rather reluctant, and reserved this high frequency water to my face. YEah.. we humans enjoy digesting things. Or could I say, ingesting things (insert evil laugh here). Yeah, you heard it right folks, we love to eat as a collective. It provides us nourishment and comfort.
When we eat, food lands right in the stomach’s pool of coca-cola type level pH.
When we add water to it, things get…diluted. And when your vodka you bought from your friend 21 or not freezes in the fridge…you may get uneasy. This is how the digestive tract will operate after poorly broken-down materials are passed through tubes and pipes that are not properly lubricated already for this mad mess. It is because water should not be consumed within 30-60 minutes after eating a meal. Snacks, most likely included.
Drinking something (like wine) before a meal for me is experienced occasionally, while water is most frequent. I assume since there is probably not food in your belly before a big-three meal that it is okay to drink before eating.
Drinking while eating is probably more strenuous to the body than taking a little sip while eating some dry meat, and hard to chew foods like gummy steaks. Drinking a sip after a meal is alright, then again, its your body. Do what feels right.
One thing I may mention is that after a few weeks of not drinking (anything) while eating is that I poop better. My stomach feels more pure and my pipes feel smooth and upgraded.
I believe eating and drinking now hurts my stomach.
Anyways, I think it’s an interesting endeavor. Give it a try some time! (If you are a lab rat science geek double life). JK
Moreover, Pharma companies sell drugs, not food. They’re not going to sell food as the cure. They are a Pharma company. They do science! Sure, it seems like the bible is more advanced than modern day science.
“And God said, ‘Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat” (Genesis 1:29 KJV)
Notice how God said, “the fruit of a tree…shall be for meat.”
Have you ever met someone who doesn’t like fruit? I sure haven’t. We’re told that it’s high in sugar so we should limit our intake, however fruit doesn’t really contain any sugar, at least not our conception of it. We’ve mistakenly equated man-made sugar with God-made sugar. It’s not the same stuff, not even close. One promotes cancer and death, the other, health and vitality (Joe Dubs).
We are not supposed to eat dead animals. “Flesh eaters have very short intestines for the rapid expulsion of decomposing flesh. Vegetarians and Fruitarians, including man, have very long intestines, for the slow digestion of fruit and vegetables” (Joe Dubs). The bloody reality of eating animals is innately repulsive to us, more proof that we were not designed to eat meat (peta).
Side note, KJV is the “original” bible. Is it written by Shakesphere? Perhaps. Now, if it is the original, why do people change it? Are they trying to make one doubt the word of god (with footnotes)? I would rather preserve the living word of god, for thy is ever present. Changing his word is distorting the truth. Aka manipulating. “We are the most biologically advanced species on Earth. Fruit is the most advanced part of a plant. It has to be, since it’s responsibilities relies solely on the progeny of the plant itself. “
“But I say unto you, Loue your enemies, blesse them that curse you, doe good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully vse you, and persecute you:” Matthew 5:44 (KJV)
Humans are frugivores and thrive mostly on raw fruits, succulent fruit-like vegetables, roots, shoots, nuts and seeds.
Additionally, big Pharma’s “lobbying operation, on which it reports spending more than $675 million, is the biggest in the nation. No other industry has spent more money to sway public policy.” Or could I say, “sway government officials and the public intentionally by paying money.”
Big Pharma’s reign is now over. Bring power and wealth forward with the people, for the people, and the planet with love and we will receive more love back and forth.
To sum up, Big Pharma does not tell you this because they are drug manufactures. They sell a specific cure for monetary purposes and are private corporations with private interests. The pharmaceutical industry is not legally obligated to inform the public that there is a cure for the food we choose to eat within our culture based off our parents and schools’ recommendations.
The agenda is to brainwash people into believing eating toxic, dead food to sell the cure in years to come (toxic drugs) when they get sick is occurring in our everyday life. We must educate ourselves by unlearning, relearning, and implementing strategies and everyday practices to enhance our well-being.
This also saves lives. A vegetarian saves 404 animals a year. Imagine if you killed your own food. You don’t want to “kill” food because if you are what you eat, you’ll become dead eventually. And we wonder how people in the bible lived for hundreds of years…
Ah, big pharma. Your downfall will be your own choices…selfishness and no care to share…
P.s Don’t blame doctors or pharmacists and folks associated with it because they are just a clueless as you were seven minutes ago. They are indoctrinated into these cults that are run by high-level and very powerful individuals and groups of individuals whom may or may not possess this knowledge and direct operations.
Here are books on diet and reversing illness and maintaining the electrical body
This is how we get everything we want, and want more. We as a species are capable of performing actions of service towards ourselves and others. So, when we get everything we want, We are happy for a full second, then: onto the next thing.
We are destined for more than we think. It’s not chasing happiness, we are expanding it.
Once, I was constantly engulfed into what would
happen next. Later, it struck me; I forgot what I was doing, now. I forgot that
there is only one state of being, that is, the moment that we are present in
right now. Throughout day-to-day life, I have many things to accomplish, as
most people do. Many of us, however, concentrate on what needs to get done, and
not necessarily, what we are getting done. This releases a flood of stress
throughout not only the brain, but also the body, and inhibits our true potential.
I was guilty of this crime, shrinking my potential by stressing my brain’s
power, for I was constantly thinking, distracted from reality and the present
moment. Instead of trying to find a solution, I relished in my vicious thought
cycle, almost nearly impossible to escape; this is the precursor to chronic
anxiety, stress, and depression. After years of this madness, I sought to
My vavó (Portuguese for grandmother) once said that even with a room filled with loved ones, you can still feel completely alone, trapped in one’s own thoughts of the past or future, not acknowledging what is right beside you in the present moment. My vavó was dying from cancer, and in the last few months of her life instilled in me an urgent need to solve my dilemma of constantly keeping my thoughts in the past or future. I have made simple changes, such as meditating and focusing on my breathing for two to ten minutes a day, taking more time to be mindful of my environment, and I look for ways to be a positive contributor to society. I realized that when one is especially ill or elderly, the dilemma of not being present is most prevalent, and yet most important. During my junior year in high school, I decided to start the “Make Me Smile” club because it does not take much effort to bring someone into the present moment, brighten someone’s day, encourage a smile, provide a moment of joy, and maybe inspire hope. Throughout the year, we make, collect, and deliver inspirational homemade cards to local children’s hospitals and senior nursing homes. In addition to Brentwood High School, “Make Me Smile” now includes a middle school and two elementary schools. We will continue to grow with the objective of bringing someone into the present moment and producing a smile. As a result, incessant thoughts and worries of the future and constant reflection about the past are gradually diminishing more and more as I increasingly enjoy and work with what I have in the present moment.
In summary, we forget about the clarity that
arises in the present moment, unclogged from the waste of the past and the
hopes of the future. The present moment presents us with infinite power. Time
is the most underrated asset we all posses. I have learned to pay attention to
every moment I pass through. I have never been so motivated to get things done,
to be happy, and productive in the present moment, in an effort to improve my
future and the future of others.
I do not know how Fentanyl is so popular now… but what about Kratom? It is used by many to cure heroin addiction, So grinding up a plant into powder and drinking/swallowing it (capsules/tea) is like… already happening. Like go to your local smoke shop and Super Natural Botanicals online and add ancient medicine to your diet.
Moreover, CBD, nowadays, actually does not work as well without THC .disclaimer: CBD does cease seizures and has many nutritional benefits to it.
Yep, the placebo affect actually cures over 80% of people. In fact, the medical schools are tying not to include it in their curriculum because it is such an outlier to medications. Doctor’s are smart. Most of them know the medical “industry” is outdated and decrepit. Go forward into to nature! Just look up “Dr. Sebi.” He was actually recommending food as medicine. YoOu are what ya eat .
“Several other states are looking at full or partial vape bans, after Gov. Charlie Baker declared a public health emergency and announced a total ban on the sale of all vaping products in Massachusetts earlier this week.”
Honestly, I am unsure how people are dying from smoking pot. Thing is… they’re not. They are dying from humans adding ingredients (like vegetable oil and vitamin d) to a product with or without being aware of potential harms. That is disgusting. I mean, I am also unsure of how wax, which is usually solid (not like honey, whatsoever ((unless you got that pac)) is converted into an enclosed container that can evaporate. I mean, I guess it makes sense, especially since it is CO2 extracted. It’s honestly kinda pasty tryna get information on what’s happening right now…People in their early teens and twenties just started appearing in the Emergency Room or ICU suffering from coughing and difficulty breathing. This is serious. They went to the ER for coughing. That’s some dank shit, man. Or just some shitty Chinese nicotine product. American Brands, Chinese Manufacturers. Yep, your vape juice is “made in China.”
A lot of drugs are actually made in China. For instance, Fentanyl. Which is then shipped to Mexico and transported to the United States via submarine, airplane, car, boat, and on foot.
FYI, FENTANYL was one of a series of opioids synthesized by Janssen Pharmaceutica in the 1950s and 1960s in an effort to produce opioid analgesics with enhanced analgesic activity and potency and fewer adverse effects compared with morphine or meperidine.
On the flip side, I am unsure why Massachusetts banned vape legal vape products that are? a threat to its citizens. I thought it was the illegal stuff doing the harm! With vape addicts, I think the Massachusetts state government gave the illegal market one last look at profits before something happenz.
CNBC mentioned that 9 people have died so far from vaping. The CDC recommends that “anyone who uses e-cigarette products should not buy these products off the street (e.g., e-cigarette products with THC or other cannabinoids) and should not modify e-cigarette products or add any substances to these products that are not intended by the manufacturer.” Marijuana Business Daily reported in late April that fake marijuana products are everywhere including legal states as well as cannabis conferences. Honestly, making it to a cannabis conference with a ‘fake’ cannabis product is funny because why is it fake? If you wanna talk about fake weed talk about the clones…yet if you’re at one of these conferences… you must have some legit stuff…it may be a knock off? Are they not licensed? Really? They are probably just competing with predominately white and wealthy business owners. Ok, what is fake weed?
I feel like there are really good synthetics going around that are not being vaped at the proper temperature, destroying people’s lungs. There are hundreds of varieties of synthetic weed. They been doing this shit since the 80’s. Hebrew Uni actually created a fake weed called HU-210 that is non-toxic and is administered to prevent “damage to the brain or trauma before or after the event.” It is also 100-800x stronger than pot .
“Fake carts” or bad ones are like laced with toxic pesticides and additives. The pot is probably not bad and it was grown with shit and was mixed with shit to become 66 % more shitty than it was before…then put in a low grade metal or plastic compartment then sucked by the lips of our youth at 420 degrees celsius. And noting the JUUL pods: banning flavored JUUL pods… they still got flavored (oh, what are they called ((knock off)) juul pods that are even more appealing to children (very colorful) than ever before. And Massachusetts just banned the legal ones. Wow. Anyways, at a cannabis conference…are there not rules for this stuff… like…no fake mary jane produce…… stoners..
Furthermore, I believe the container for the pods, carts and overly ‘vape’ products are not talked about enough. Like, what is that stuff? Yes. you bought the cart and the wax. The pod and the juice. What is in these metal, glass, and/or plastic containers..containing your vapor juice? I don’t like the idea of vaping out of plastic right now…these things are made of something.. or something…so if it is perhaps an independent knock-off, or real brand…all they would have to mess up is purchasing lousy metal that is not food grade standard. A lot of your metal water bottles are not in fact “food grade.” Plastic is definitely not.
Honestly, all those flavor additives in cigar leaves is child’s play. This ain’t candy! It’s like everyone wants a flavored cigar wrap. Why? You’re going to light that bitch on fire! I highly recommend Kingpin Laidback Hemp wraps. You save forty (yes a forty) dollars worth of wraps by purchasing pure hemp wraps. Forty dollaz can go a long way… Here’s a sample pack if you really tryna dive deep into the hemp wave.
FYI, the tobacco in cigarettes doesn’t actually have real nicotine. This goes for (ALL?) vape products as well. Research Nicotiana rustica. The nicotine in cigs and vapes have a different species name than original tobacco. There are 67 species of tobacco (varieties) and there are three manmade hybrid forms. Which species of tobacco is in your tobacco products? Is it manmade? Is it more toxic than REAL tobacco/other strains/species? Well, I think banning “flavored” JUUL pods whence there are still JUUL flavoured JUUL pods for sale (like mint and v tobacco) in gas stations with knock-off mango pods is odd. Is fruit the only flavour? What about mint, I think thats a flavor. Hell, folks name weed strains flavours! Are these vape products coming from China? Do your research! I have no idea what is going on but this is deeper than just death, children and illness. They are changing the narrative, but the story goes on: smoking kills!
Kratom is a lovely compound. I believe it may provide an individual long-lasting energy with a pinch or punch of relaxation. The herb has the ability to relieve pain, boost metabolism, provide energy, add to immunity and sharpen physical as well as cognitive abilities. It has been a part of traditional medicine for centuries. It is a unique compound and contains strains with a multitude of personalities for each and every color and variety. Here is the best source of Kratom.
Color of Veins and Strains
White vein is the best Kratom that acts as a stimulant to boost energy and concentration. Often used as a substitute for caffeine/coffee to promote wakefulness and mental acuity. It also offers motivation and fights fatigue.
Good pick for demanding mental tasks. Use white early in the day, preferably in the morning because otherwise, you might get insomnia.
Red is sedative and a relaxed vein that can produce opioid effects. It is a euphoric color, and also famous for pain relief and relaxation of all kinds. They have high levels of 7-hydroxymitragynine than average kratom, an alkaloid associated with analgesia and stress relief. Red Bali and Borneo are great choices.
Green strains is a balance between white and red. The green vein effects offer long-lasting effects, especially Green Malaysian. People like to use this color for pain relief only because it doesn’t produce drowsiness. It is also picked up to treat social anxiety. Maeng Da or “pimp grade” Kratom is excellent.
Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a 4–16-metre high tropical evergreen tree of the coffee family (like Salvia divinorum is of the peppermint family), indigenous to Southeast Asia, the Philippines, and New Guinea. Traditionally, in certain regions of Southeast Asia, the chopped fresh or dried leaves of the tree are chewed or made into tea by local manual labourers to combat fatigue and improve work productivity. In addition, Kratom preparations have also been used for centuries during socioreligious ceremonies and to treat various medical conditions, such as morphine dependence in Thailand, and as opium substitute in Malaya . It has been suggested that the genus was given the “Mitragyna” name by the Dutch botanist Korthals because the leaves and the stigmas of the flowers of the plant resemble the shape of a bishop’s mitre. However, considering its variety of uses, it could be speculated that the term derives from the “Mithraic cults,” seen as a source of spiritual transcendence for thousands of years. It was a part of traditional medicine in the region for centuries for many good reasons. The herb has the ability to relieve pain, boost metabolism, provide energy, add to immunity and sharpen physical as well as cognitive abilities. Traditionally, the fresh or dried leaves of Kratom are chewed or brewed into tea or smoked. Ketum is bitter and sugar or sweet beverages are commonly added to mask its taste. To experience vigour and euphoria, traditional “kratom eaters” chew one to three fresh leaves at a time.
Five to ten minutes after Kratom consumption users describe themselves as feeling happy, strong, and active, especially among those working in the agricultural sector. They claim that “their mind is calm” after the consumption of the drug. Overall, there is no real social stigma towards Kratom users and being dependent on Kratom is not seen as a major problem or taboo in Malaysia, at least for men. Apparently, society accepts male addicts who work to support their family but do not accept female addicts. Considering how Kratom use is consistent, figures for treatment admissions for its use appear rather low, accounting for, for example, 2 percent of all drug treatment admissions in Thailand in 2011.
Kratom or Ketum has become popular in the EU, US, and other countries (e.g., Japan) as a recreational novel compound. A variety of Mitragyna speciosa related products are easily accessible from local smart shops and increasingly available for sale on the Internet, in particular on web based “legal highs” pharmacies, but their exact content is not always verified. Many different formulations are available, including raw leaves, capsules, tablets, powder, and concentrated extracts.
Kratom pharmacology itself is complex and requires future research: this compound in fact acts on opioid as well as on dopaminergic, serotonergic, GABAergic, and adrenergic systems. Therefore, subjective effects are very peculiar ranging from psychostimulant to sedative-narcotic.
Preparing your Kratom
First, there are a variety of ways to consume Kratom. To prepare a drink of Kratom, procure any liquid of your choice. Cold or hot. Kratom is traditionally brewed as a tea. You do not need a teabag, you can just throw the grams in there. Some hot water and a proper dosage (2-6 grams or 1 teaspoon) is all you require. Effects shoukld settle in within 5 minutes to an hour. Do not add Kratom to boiling water; it will destory the alkaloids (no one really knows). Let it simmer at no more than 180 degrees Fahrenheit (just being able to get a good sip out of a hot cup of water for ya mouth) for 21 minutes or so until the kratom sinks to the bottom. Add turmeric, chamomile, lemon juice, OJ, grad juice, cranberyy juice and more to potentiate the effects and sweeten the flavour. Adding honey may be interesting to try.
For beginners, I would honestly try 4-6 grams and sip it over the period of two hours. The effects last anywhere from 3-9 hours. I am honestly unsure if drinking Kratom with hot or cold water increases potency. I know that allowing it to simmer in a heated water suspension is traditional and effective. Thumbs up to any way you consume your kratom. Honestly, eating kratom raw on with food works. Kratom is very versatile, you don’t even have to stir that bit. If you want to get funny, mix your Kratom with orange juice. This may potentiate the effects. Feel free to add whatever you would like to your cooled down kratom! Leave your favorite recipe’s here in the comment section.
The Kratom dissolves well ,if you take the time to stir. Don’t forget to lick the spoon.
Physical withdrawal symptoms include anorexia, weight loss, decreased sexual drive, insomnia, muscle spasms and pain, aching in the muscles and bones, jerky movement of the limbs, watery eyes/nose, hot flushes, fever, decreased appetite, and diarrhoea. Psychological withdrawal symptoms commonly reported are nervousness, restlessness, tension, anger, hostility, aggression, and sadness. Long-term addicts are described to become thin and have skin pigmentation on their cheeks, due to the capacity of mitragynine to increase the production of melanocytes-stimulating substance. Regular ketum use is also reported to cause psychotic symptoms such as mental confusion, delusion, and hallucination.
At present, Kratom constituents are not detected by conventional drug screening tests: advanced tests like liquid chromatography-tandem or ion-mass spectrometry are required.
These figures, with the exception of lifetime use, were significantly higher than those for cannabis making kratom the most widely used illicit drug in Thailand.
In parallel, kratom-related arrests more than doubled between 2007 and 2011 in both Myanmar and Thailand.
Kratom-related treatment admissions almost tripled between 2007 and 2011. This could be also partially due to a more strict antidrug policy, where individuals caught with kratom are obliged to engage in treatment programs.
As kratom is often not monitored in national drug abuse surveys, there is still little information on prevalence of its use. An initial warning about this phenomenon has been launched by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as early as 2005.
Kratom can be smoked, but according to users this has no advantage over chewing or making a tea: the amount of leaves that constitutes a typical dose is too much to be smoked easily.
A paste-like extract can be prepared by lengthy boiling of fresh or dried leaves and the syrup produced can be mixed with finely chopped leaves of the palm, made into pills and smoked in pipes (“madatin”).
